Adding Text boxes, Ect

Hello all

 

I would like to know the easiest way to add "text boxes" to the product add feature. Like if you?re selling a product that requires a name, where can the customer put that name?

 

 

Also, many product images are not the same size. Some images have a height difference. How can you make all the images do an "auto-thumbnail" in the smaller sections of the products so they don't look so distorted?

 

 

One more: I have been adding products one by one and it seems to be taking forever. :( Is there a quicker way to do this or is this the only way if it's your first time like me.

Hi John,

 

The first item you would set up as an attribute for the product. The other things you are asking for are available as contributions to the system. Take a look at the contributions page and do some browsing. There are some wonderful additons people have developed there.
