I would like to set up the store with FREE shipping in the U.S., but I would like to charge a Flat Rate $25 for International Orders anywhere in the world. I have tried to search and go through the admin panel, but I cannot figure out how to do this easily, or at all in fact. Is there an easy way, or any way? Thanks a lot.
