watcher
hi, me again  i transfered a shop to a new server. everything worked fine. but now i wanted to add some new products. then i get this messages: Warning: dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/www/web6/html/catalog/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/srv/www/htdocs/web6/html/:/srv/www/htdocs/web6/phptmp/:/srv/www/htdocs/web6/files/:/srv/www/htdocs/web6/atd/) in /srv/www/htdocs/web6/html/catalog/admin/file_manager.php on line 178 Warning: dir(/home/www/web6/html/catalog/): failed to open dir: Operation not permitted in /srv/www/htdocs/web6/html/catalog/admin/file_manager.php on line 178 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /srv/www/htdocs/web6/html/catalog/admin/file_manager.php on line 179 and he cant find the images-folder. but the shop shows all the old images and everything works fine.(the old server is down, it cannot be a old image). so i think it has to be a configutation-problem, but i cant find the right file to correct this mad thing >_< thanks for help, guys ! You need to look at them and double check all the changes you made. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right?? watcher
:'( well, thats the thing. the configure.php in the includes folder seems to be all right. the configuration.php in the admin-folder has no settings, i think it is only misangelous or something. there is no specific entry to fill out something. maybe i am too blind or just look at the wrong configs. is there somewhere else a file to fix ? the shop shows all the pictures correct, only if i add an new, he isnt able to save it because he cant find my images-folder.... *getting wired* but thanks for comment, i know, it is not easy with me, hehe.... :-"
