Luthien Posted March 1, 2005 Share Posted March 1, 2005 My website host in Australia is smartyhost. I purchased oscommerce for $49 as a power tool add-on 6 days ago. I have had nothing but problems. Initally I couldnt install oscommerce and the error message was no licence installed. Yesterday (after I have logged 7 support tickets) I now have access to a demonstration page My Webpage I expected (from information in the knowledge base documentations) to find an install page. I logged another ticket saying I had a demo page. They replied "If you go to that page, and read the contents of the page, the body of it - it tells you what to do, how to custom make it to look like what you want, etc." I am not a computer guru but I am learning fast. I want to run my own store (I cam currently operating out of an Ebay Store). I am ready to scream with frustration. This is wasting my time. smartyhost oscommerce addon Can anybody help me with this? I understand all the modifications and changes to php files etc. But (forgive me ..I am a newbie).....is there an Admin section...I just can't find it.
