customer record begining with @_

I am using MS2.2 and they are what look like duplicate customer accounts but the customers surname has been prefixed with @_

 

e.g. Surname, Firstname

also occurs as @_Surname, Firstname

 

This only occurs occassionally.

Could it be something to with the customer halting the registration progress

clicking back on their browser or something (Im guessing here).

 

Anyone else got this problem and know how to fix it?
