I used to know which file to edit in order to delete (My Account | Cart Contents | Checkout) from the 'header' bar at the top right of the page but now I cannot remember. Also, where do I go to delete (Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?) from the main page? Thanks! On index.php, scroll to the bottom where it beging //Default.php or Default page, something like that. Find the code where it echo's the "greeting", and just strip it out.
