check the faq

 

as you will read in more depth. if there are any characters output before a redirect (including white spaces) you will get the message. most common cause is a space after the last ?> in one of the includes

this a problem caused over night, i have not modified any files apart from attaching a new *.css to the index.php, any ideas

When you added that entry to the index page that could have introduced white space into the file. Check it out. Hope you're not using the osC File Manager to edit files - that's a no-no!

thanks for you help Vger. i have manged to get rid of one of the errors, but im still stuck with one, another thing..... the secure site is displaying the *.css but the non secure isnt,
