A test connection made to the database was NOT successful. The error message returned is: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'peterlisbon.com' (4) Please click on the Back button below to review your database server settings. If you require help with your database server settings, please consult your hosting company. I check the settings on my server and a database is already created and setup with all the info (user/pass database name) needed. Unfortunatetly I cannot find the meaning for the (4) code error.
