Category & Product pages not displaying

I have scanned through the posts, did searches for this, and cannot find the answer. Forgive me if it has in fact been posted before and I am repeating.

 

I have deleted the products and categories that came with the script and added 3 new categories. All show on the general catalog just fine. I tired to click on a category and get a blank page. I think that perhaps it is because I have not added a product to a category, so I do this.

 

Nothing different. No product or categories, when clicked on, will display anything other than a blank page.

 

 

Please, whomever answers keep in mind that I am a TOTAL novice at PHP. I can configure CGI shelf scripts all day long, but this is totall different I am seeing. Keep your answers clear, concise and not filled with programmers slang.

I have deleted and re-installed this twice now and I am still getting the same problem and no one seems to be willing to respond to this post.

 

This HAS to be the hardest script to install that I have ever seen!
