Help with extra pages cont sql error

Hi I have installed the extra pages cont, V4.1 most recent download.

I can see in admin the page manager but when i click the link i get a database error.

 

 

"1146 - Table 'wesleyt_little.description' doesn't exist

 

select count(*) as total from pages p LEFT JOIN description s on p.pages_id = s.pages_id where s.language_id='1'"

 

 

I have checked the databse and 'description' is in there, the site displays the new main page stating that to change this i need to do it in admin.

 

I have uploaded the sql file but it tells me pages nad description alleady exist.

I have installed a few contrbuitions that work fine these being, all_products, ccgv_5_11, big_images 1.25.

 

Any ideas whats going wrong.
