I am a novice to OSCOMMERCE, and have been using HTML along with FrontPage2000.

Now that I want to move to OSCOMMERCE, I am not sure how to change to the look and feel of the site.

I have been told that I could edit these pages using FrontPage 2003 - Is this true?

If not, what other software (like FrontPage) could I use to edit and make changes?

All suggestions, comments and assistance would be greatly appreciated. you are welcome to email me direct on [email protected]

Mario Hi and welcome to osc

IMHO It really doesnt matter which HTML editor product you use - Because osC is PHP based you will find html editors will sometimes in fact hinder your progress with making changes - because they do not parse php.

What you really need is an understanding of how to change PHP using a good text editor. Think of PHP as the engine or driver for the cart and html as the road - one cannot be very successful without the other - so you will need both a text editor and an HTML editor
