sargenle Posted February 26, 2005 Share Posted February 26, 2005 Good morning. I am having a problem with the weight of my products. I went into admin to configuration and looked up tare weight under Shipping/Packing to see if something was in there that might have added to the weight but it is set to zero. I wanted to make sure that my database was not the problem so I went to the products table and the weights are right, there is only one weight that is 2 lbs. So I do not know why UPS and USPS both show 2.2lbs. Anyone have a solution? Leon Sargent Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sounds like this might be what is messing you up. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but it has been quite a while since I set up my shipping and dealt with these specifics.
