They have em at thawte.com, verisign.com, etc. But i bought mine at godaddy.com for 29.99 Search the board for how to configure OS commerce to work with it, its pretty complicated (getting it installed and then making it work with OScommerce) Your webhosting company will install it for u but they'll probably charge u. Do a search on google, and there are some simple explanations of exactly how to put this in place. Or check out the contributions, there are a couple that do this.
