Quantity -1

The good is that a customer ordered a CD from our site. awesome, sale went fine, paypal went fine, email in my inbox went fine.

BUT, the quantity on the site said "0" but let the customer order anyway. i am positive of this, The product displays the quantity as now -1 publicly in the store.

I thought oscommerce is automatically not supposed to do that and just takes the item down from customers ordering more until i change the quantity myself to above

"0"....is that true?

This could get to be a problem if the site lets customers order CDs that are out of stock.

Thanks in advance for any help/corrections you can give me.

Take care,

Jamie

In your admin look under configuration, stock, Make sure check stock level is set to true and allow checkout is set to false
