A Shah
Hi We've hit a bit of a problem, in that our business address (from where the goods will be dispatched from) will be based in two diffrent locations (one in the US & one in the UK). I understand that in OSC you can only define one address (where the business is based) The only way of getting around this (I think !) will be to install 2 copies of osc on the same web server - so we can handle the shipping. Therefore when comming to our home page the user will have an option of selecting the US/America or UK/Europe version of OSC. Can anyone tell me the implications of installtion OSC in two seperate folders on the same web server ? Is this likely to cause problems or will this be a fairly straight forward process ? Or is there an alternative way to handling two seperate addressed from where the goods will be shipped from (I couldn't see anything in the contributions). This is really giving me a bit of a headache at the moment. Please help........... Thanks..............

As long as they are in different folders and use different databases they will not interact at all. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
