Eazy Populate Problem

I've tried to download the file from EP and modify the file a little. When I first downloaded it just give me product id and after modifying it I've uploaded and the page would update but I can see any products. However, after I removed product ID I get on file that says new product and the rest of them said the following.

I either have problem with uploaded file. I get this answer:
