Several critical issues, I will Pay to resolve

Hey everyone, :D

 

Here is the deal, I have some issues that I need to get fixed to get my website active. I have looked on this forum for over a week now and can't find the solutions to my problems, so I will pay to get fix them if I have to. Here is the list:

 

1. 7% PA State is being charged for every order sold whether the person is in PA or another state. Yes I have checked the settings and deleted them and redid them several times.

 

2. Need to have 2 different tax rates for PA, one at 7% for allegheny county residents and 6% for the rest of the state.

 

3. The confirmation emails that are automatically sent to the client after purchase, I want to have my logo inserted and reformat the info and font to be less generic and more professional looking. If you take the job I will send you a copy of what I want it to look like.

 

4. During check out I offer free shipping on all orders, the shipping is ups ground. I also offer 2nd day 3rd day ...... The description for the ground shipping I was able to remove but the price and the selection box for it still remain, I need to get rid of that. I was able to create a separate button for the free shipping so I don't need the ups ground stuff at all.

 

5. The welcome email I want to have my logo inserted and change the font so it's not so generic and make it look more professional. Again I will send you what I'm looking for if you take the job.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a few little things, but these are the ones I want fixed before I go live and start my marketing program.

 

If you can fix all these things for me, then post a reply with info on how to get in touch with you and what it will cost me.

 

I am still working on trying to find the fixes for this stuff on my own so this offer may not last.

P.P.S. If you don't know how to fix these problems please don't waste my time with replies like "I have the same problem" or "yeah me too" or some other post that offers no help.
