Basically it just allows the viewing of categories in a row by col format. I.E. instead of just listing products 1. prod 2. prod 3. prod It does this: 1.prod 2.prod 3.prod 4.prod 5.prod 6.prod As most major online stores do. I've coded one of these in the past and it was a bit of a pain. I was hoping that someone has added it as a contribution. thanks! I need to read the rules more often...
