Incomplete Instalation /newbie/

I have tried instaled oscommerce on own hosting .

My site is www.akva.sk and i would like to instal oscommerce here www.shop.akva.sk

 

I upload all files on server to directory /shop/catalog/ .

I have writen this adres www.shop.akva.sk/catalog started instalation Porcedure.

 

I have filled all necessary information about database I show this :

 

The database import was successful!

 

OK

 

after when I continue and fill next information and push install a show this :

Catalog and Administration does?t working :(

 

 

Help where is a problem ???

you need to ask your host to take the server out of safe mode.

you also need to set the proper permissions on your configure.php files to 777 during installation.

It?s possible install oscommerce on localhost on my PC and when evrything will be work good upload to my host server ??

 

Will it be working ?? ?

my directory is NO /hosting/akva_sk/akva.sk/shop/catalog/install/templates/pages/install_7.php but /shop/catalog/

 

why server looking this directory /hosting/akva_sk/akva.sk/shop/catalog ??

I never define this anywhere ....
