mickapoo Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 I currently have about a 500 product site, all of which were added manually using the admin panel. Each product has a thumbnail image, and a larger image, that were both uploaded. Also, the products DO NOT Have model numbers. I then decided to use EasyPopulate, and downloaded the tab-delimited file. I opened it in Excel, and noticed a couple of things- there is a model number field (and I don't have model numbers for my products). I read somewhere that you MUST have this field completed- is this true? Also, there is a field in the Excel file for an image name, but the only file listed is my thumbnail image (i.e. smGoForth.jpg). The larger image, GoForth.jpg, is there when you bring up the product in the admin panel, but it's not listed in the spreadsheet. Where do I put the name of the large image in the spreadsheet? I want to make sure I don't hose anything with my site if I upload this spreadsheet- so I thought I'd ask all of you experts first! Thank you!
