VAT in the orders_products, orders_products_attributes etc. tables, ot_handlingfee is saved with the price INCL. VAT in the orders_total column, which it IMHO should not be (when everything else isn't - then why should it be?). any idea where this is done, so I can find it and make it save it without VAT (and since the price is still correct when I view an order, I suspect I'll have to find the logic that applies VAT there, and fix that too)?
