create customer account form not working

I have installed oscommerce through the Ensim Power Tools interface on my server. It appears that I have the shared ssl path working properly.

 

But nothing happens when I try to create a customer account. I can get to the form, fill it out, and submit. Then the page churns for a while and eventually displays the same page as before but with no form fields filled in.

 

There is no error message.
