Why not ask the people you bought it from?

There is not theme folder or layout folder in oscommerce. The look is feel and a combination of many files. You will presumably have to overwrite them with the set of files you downloaded.

More then likely you are going to replace, the majority, if not all of your .php files that are in your oscommerce install. I recommend backing up your full install (if your service provider doesnt do backups for you) and overwriting all of your files. Make sure you change your paths in your configure.php files for both the catalog and admin folders. If it doesnt work, just copy all of your old files back over, overwriting everything and you should be fine. Also, check out http://www.oscommerce.info Lots of great information here to get you started. Its a great help page.

On a side note, please try to be a little more understanding of the people that are here trying to help you. We log into the forums on a daily basis, to A) help people who are in need of it, and B) possibly pick up a few tips that we had not known prior to reading about them on the message boards. Please keep that in mind.
