Price based on # ordered, not % off.

I've tried searching through the forums here and at CRE forums, but no luck.

 

I'm using the CRE Loaded 6.1a version of osCommerce and I want to be able to set prices based on the number ordered like this store here.

 

(Please note: I tried to post to the CRE forums but I keep getting a cookie error, but that's a problem for another site. I've also submitted a request to the website via their contact form, but not response yet.)
