How do I Change checkout process?

Hi,

For some reason, I need to change my checkout process.

I would like to switch shipping & billing as follow.

 

Original checkout process:

Shipping->Billing->Confirmation->Done

After checkout process:

Billing->Shipping->Confirmation->Done

 

Is it possible? What variables, array, or session I have to pay attention to?

Or anyone has a good mod to recommend?

Well, just about anything is possible, if you want to spend enough time to it. The real question is, why do you want to switch them around? Perhaps by solving that individual need, you can avoid the need for doing such a major rearchitecture of the information flow!
