Posted February 20, 2005 Share Posted February 20, 2005 How would I go about making a form that works like the contact us page in the fact that they fill out the provided fields and then it emails those fields to me. I would like to make a seperate page that can do the same thing. I've done it before but it just emails me a blank page with no user input. I'm trying to make a price match and item request page. julianpuje Posted February 21, 2005 Share Posted February 21, 2005 If i'm understanding your question right, you are probably best using the Ask A Question contribution and editing it to suit your needs. I've done something similar using this, I get e:mailed the customers name, e:mail address, contact tel number, the product ID and question. This is sent to me in a legible e:mail.
