Interdependant attributes

I'm looking for some help concerning a topic that has been asked so many times without any "easy" solution.

 

I'm about finishing my website : www.clubfitting.net (please, feel free to send me your comments, I would really like to have some feedback, before really going live :'( )

 

Here is my problem : lofts of a golf club might be available for right handed but not for left handed.

 

What I would like : regarding the selection made for attribute 1 (Hand), I would like to display a filtered list of attributes 2 (lofts)

 

Example on my site : (loft selection is not made uppon hand selection)

Sorry to knock again because I'm really stuck and this is the last technical bit that I can't obtain by myself. Has anyody already faced my problem ? (clothes shop with colors ans size, for instance ?)
