dailce Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 How do "Reviews" work? Just testing out the reviews. I keep seeing the review I wrote but how can I write a new review? OSC doesn't seem to being showing the "write a review box" anymore, it just shows the review I wrote. Is there a amount of time I need to wait to write another review for the same product? TerryK Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 On the product_info page for the product you want to review, there should be both an 'Add to Cart' and 'Reviews' button. If you click on the 'Reviews' button (or the review link in the side column) it should show you an excerpt of all existing reviews, and below that you should see a 'Write Review' button -- at least that's how it is on my site.
