Manual order price edit

Hello,

 

We currently take 75% of our orders online, the remainder come in off the telephone.

 

Here is our problem: the "manual" orders are often sold at a discount to our advertised prices, (maybe free shipping bla bla).

 

Sooo.. is there a way of processing an order manually, with different prices to what we advertise?

 

Currently, because we do them manually, they do not go into the database, making CRM difficult.
