V0ltage Posted February 18, 2005 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Do any of you know if there would be any drawbacks in regard to search engine optimization to including the CSS document internally in the head of the shopping cart? I'm in the process of optimizing the cart for speed, and one of the optimizations I'm doing is limiting the number of HTTP requests down to a bare minimum. using php to echo the contents of the stylesheet.css file into the head of template will reduce my HTTP requests by one, but I'm not sure if this irritates the search engines.
