Biomix Posted February 17, 2005 Share Posted February 17, 2005 Hello all, I have an issue with certain people being dumped to the login page when looking at a product from the menu. They have their cookies enabled, and nothing else seems odd about the machine that it does it on. Customers have called and complained about it as well. I have made no adaptations to this install, and it doesn't do it on every machine. I have ran it under IE and FireFox without issues. The version is 2.2ms2. seank123 Posted March 2, 2005 Share Posted March 2, 2005 Is it something to do with the cookie settings on some customer's machines?? We had a similar problem with another piece of software (MIVA to be precise) and had to instal a module that stopped it using cookies at all!
