Guest
So I have an order here - several items all totalling about 75lbs. Just one of those items being 45lbs. Yet on the invoice, it only charged him UPS 41.9375lbs! I've checked all the items, but hell, only need to see that one item. Definitely is 45lbs - how does OSC turn all that into 41.9375lbs ?!?!?!??!?! please tell me there is a guru out there that knows the answer to this one! Guest
ok, i sufficiently feel like a moron duh, 1 package or 2 packages, 2 packages at 41 lbs makes sense for total weight sorry for wasting your time all :P
ArtRat
there's also a spot in admin to add in extra weight for your boxes. this will be added on top of your product weight. have a look at what you set that at also.
