file specifies the image size in productinfo.php

i know i can play with image sizes by specifying an image size in the admin page. and then in the php pages... i can reference small_image_width and small_image_height. or change these settings to SUBCATEGORY_image_width and height. i found these settings for the Whats_new.php box and changed them successfully so that the picture within that box refrences 200*200 pixels and everything else 100*100 on the index.php page.

 

where can i find the file to change the default picture size for product_info.php?

i didn't see these settings on product_info.php
