Categories/Product in admin not displaying

hi, this is my first ever post so please bare with me. I made some changes in Admin categories.php to set the display order of the products to by model instead of name. Since then in admin/categories.php?selected_box=catalog i have the header, left_column, heading Categories/Products and nothing else.

Please - if anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. :(

me again - sorry :blush: but i have just realized that orders are now not being displayed in admin whereas they were before. I am still receiving the order notification email. Could this be related to the above (admin Categories/Products) problem??

thanks bigbear - I tried replacing the code with what you posted but it didn't make any changes at all. I still have the exact same problem.

Do you know what else it may be??
