Guest
Hi everyone. Is there a way for me personally (as the admin) to record non-online sales? It would make it a lot easier having ONE db of orders/customers rather than two (one for online and one for over the 'phone). It would also be handy to be able to see previous orders for a customer - both on and off line - so you see the reason for having all the records together. Jack_mcs
I don't know if there is a contribution for this or not. I suppose you could just enter the orders yourself. You would need to install Mster Password and possibly Order Edit. I am not sure he would not be worried, specially if you do it after some time...
Guest
Hi everyone. Thanks for the replies. The customer notification isn't a problem - at least at the moment. I don't estimate a very high number of orders so it won't be a problem for me to enter information as soon as an order is placed. Jack - whats Master Password and what does it do? baddog - yes in theory but I'm nowhere near that good with mysql! Many thanks! :)

I just enter offline orders by using PWA and giving in my own email address so all mail goes to myself. You could also create a default account for yourself and enter the orders through that but PWA has the advantage there will be no new customer record but there will be an order with the adress and everything for the customer (if neccessary otherwise use your shop address). winterradio
I use this: * Order Editor Just create a new account for your customer and then place the order through the system.
