CSV Export for Order list

i have most of the data pulling from the database that i want and it is listed in an order list - now i need to figure out how to convert the data that is displayed into a csv export file .....

 

also when exporting the info i would like to know if i can just get a total number of items ordered per manufacturer in the csv instead of the itemized list of each item in the order.

 

For example:

 

The data to export from the order list is:

 

Date

Order #

Customer Name

Address

Subtotal of Order

Taxes for Order

Shipping for Order

Grand total for Order

then Manufacturer Name with Qty

 

so if I purchased 3 items from Hp, one from IBM and one with a Manufacturer not listed - then in one row I would see columns for each manufacturer (after the other stuff regarding customer info)

 

HP IBM Subtotal Taxes Shipping Grand Total

3 1 100.00 8.10 10.00 118.10

 

please if anyone can assist with this - I would be more than thrilled!
