terryt
Hi There - I am in the process of going live with my store (Vstore.ca). Anyway, when I go to check out, I get this message : "An error occurred with the UPS shipping calculations. Invalid shipper postal code. If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, pls contact the store owner" So, my question is, how do you configure the store to accept postal codes from both US and Canada ? ♥yesudo
this is more likely a ups error - as that is returning an error code. the address you are using when attempting to purchase is set up correctly ? The address I was talking about was my own. If I punch it in for a test, I get the error message. I live in Canada. I would like to set up so that I can ship to US and Canada, by UPS ground. Is the VStore software the same as you guys are using ?
