Guest Posted February 15, 2005 Share Posted February 15, 2005 Some how, I lost the automatic thumbnail image on my production description file. After restoring two diff backups, no image. Reinstalled a brandnew product_info.php file several times, and no prod description image. Besides product_info, what other file should I look in to correct this? After having searched many posts from 2002 on, am at a real loss. Client is: http://laicez.netfirms.com/store/nfoscomm/catalog/ Thanks. I will try that. I restored to my back up 3 days ago, but didn't work. I will try your idea and then replace the original db with one altered file at a time. Thanks. Hopefully, won't take anything but time! Hey, wait!! I have painstakingly added products with 4-5 attributes each--won't I lose those entries if I revert to the original db? How about if I replace each altered file one at a time with an unaltered file and see if that brings back the images--will that work? Thanks for thinking for me! Cheers.
