Guest Posted February 15, 2005 Share Posted February 15, 2005 When I try to do a backup from within my admin area, it seems to say it's working .... then after a minute a blank page is returned. I am unable to "reach" my site after that, it just hangs and never reaches it. There is nothing in the error logs to indicate anything other than most users bringing up the same error ........ "path/images/Array" which from all my research, seems to indicate a JS error in IE or Netscape --- and since I don't use JS scripts, I have to assume it's something within OSCommerce. But this unable to backup thing has me concerned -- any ideas? If it helps, my backup was around 400k and I've always used Gzip compression. Not sure what version I have ... 2.1? (I just tried a backup, and it just said "waiting for URL .. then that's it, didn't return the white blank page this time, but it didn't back up nor give an error).
