I currently use payPal IPN and payment and seemed to have everything set properly except for one. PayPal is adding shipping charges. ha d an order go through that I had given "FreeShipping" to, IPN came back as $417.00, with no shipping charges...I checked the invoice, no shipping charges. However, when I checked PayPal, the client was charged $436.00, shipping charges added. I then did a test sale....Cart showed 16lbs for shipping and charges accordingly...however, when I got to PayPal payment screen...shipping weight had doubled to 32lbs and charging me accordingly. So the IPN and cart have correct weight...Paypal however is adding weight charges (if I gave free shipping) or doubling whatever weight was there initially. Can someone assist? need more information?
