justmake Posted February 14, 2005 Share Posted February 14, 2005 Whenever people choose bank transfer as a payment option i cant find the order anyware. On the home screen of admin it says there is orders but when i click on ORDERS there is nothing there. ozEworks Posted February 20, 2005 Share Posted February 20, 2005 Is this Australian bank transfer? I take it you get the money? Do you get emails about the order? Or do you just see an order number >0 in the Admin menu? Have you verified that the order got out of their shopping cart? Maybe the products are still in it? Go check a payment and then that person's cart in the database. Also check the orders table and see if there are any there? Then come back and tell me! I have tested it out using my test account and it all goes through ok, you get the invoice email and everything is fine, it says there is an order on the admin home page but when you click on it, there is no order there. ?
