jpool
bump. I ve been thinking and maybe I should modify the query for the search to include the category name and the description always. is this a goood idea? did someone did it before? Any imput would be greatly apreciated thanks j
FlyingMonkey
it returns too many irrelavent results when searching the db. i think listing the search results within the title first then listing the results within the description should work out pretty well. this is way easier than implementing a relevancy search... i've been wanting to implement this, but i haven't had the time. Most likely your question has been answered, please do a search first.
FlyingMonkey
the order of importance should probably be: model_number title category name description Most likely your question has been answered, please do a search first.
