Guest Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 Customers go through the checkout process but when payment by paypal is selected some get directed and pony up the cash, while others get "Paypal is currently down for routine maintenence...". If this were happening at 3 in the morning I would understand, but it happens all day long. No telling how many customers I've turned away. While some drop off, I think this is the reason more people are selecting the Check/Money Order option. I tested it on different computers (both Windows) with different names, different countries etc but it works everytime for me. At first I blew it off, but now that the site's picking up traffic, I need to find a way to solve this. I don't know if it's an MAC/Windows problem or what.
