Changing main page title

Hi everyone,

 

I'm still very new to this, but I don't want to burden the forum with requests for really simple things that I can't be bothered to look for myself (like many people do).

 

This, I'm sure, is an incredibly simple alteration, but try as I might, I can't find any reference to it anywhere on the forums, the Knowledge Base, or by searching my own files for the text (and I've searched them all).

 

All I need to know is how to change the text in the title that appears under the header (at least I don't think it's part of the header - doesn't appear to be) and above the main text area. At the moment is says "What's New Here?"

 

I've been through all the language files and just can't find it. Any help will be greatly appreciated :D
