jsogle
I have a site that is PHP, and I would like the catalog to be connected to it. Also where do you edit the os site to put in your own info?
jsogle
Ok, I am doing something wrong or I am just plain simple!!! My site is being hosted through codezhost, they had a tool installer for OScommerce. I installed it and it shows up, but I can't change anything for my info. How do I do this, also is there a simple little installation walkthrough or anything like that? Or am I just missing something? Thanks in advance! OceanRanch
Start by reviewing the following online documentation for installing and customizing osCommerce. http://www.oscommerce.com/documentation When you are ready, just add a link from your current site in one of your menus to the osCommerce store you have built. OceanRanch
Joshua, In the link to documentation I gave you above, there lots of fine instructions on "where to edit content". Just point and click and read.... Here is the section that walks you thru editting content in the online store. http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/A...nt/Products/147 Tom
jsogle
Tom, I read that and thank you for that link, it helped out a lot. But I guess I am not asking the right question. I have no area for the catagory folder to add products.
OceanRanch
Are you able to point your browser to your admin page for osCommerce? http://www.myoscommercestore.com/catalog/admin/index.php and bring up the standard "blue admin" page?
