I was just informed by a customer that the only products she can view when getting to my web site are the "What's New" products. The catalog menu with the directories and subdirectories that normally show up on the upper left of the home page do not show up!!! No one can find anything in my store! Help! Pardon my ignorance, but why is the option there if it causes that to happen? Are there any disadvantages to turning it off? (I had a designer set up my store - not sure when this problem started...)
