Zone Shipping Rates Modification

Hi,

 

I have numerous shipping options working great. Does anyone know how to edit the zones.php file to do the following?

 

I have the table setup correctly, but after a certain weight, I would like it to say item is too heavy to be shipped this way. I have it figured out to the point of displaying the info, but I would like the shipping price to not display at this point. If you do not have the country zone setup, it gives this error with no amount for shipping, but with weight, it displays either zero, or another value if you manually edit the cost in the php file.

 

Any suggestions? There is an if else statement there, but I cannot figure out how to modify to do what I need.
