No email order being sent?

When an order is process, I expected it to send e (owner) an email and a confirmation email to the person doing the ordering.

 

This isn't happening and I woudered if I need to change a configuration setting somewhere.

I had this problem to, heres what i did:

ive crested a new email inbox at my hosting comany for the shop ex [email protected].

(my hosting company lets me create as many mailboxes as i want)

 

Then i entered this email in oscommerce admin under

configuration > my store > E-mail Address and E-mail From.

 

Then in configuration > E-mail options

E-Mail Transport Method = smtp

E-Mail Linefeeds = CRLF

Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails = false

Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS = false

Send E-Mails = true
