problems with authorize.net module

Recommended Posts

I just signed up for authorize.net service and tried to use the module online but when i go to the checkout page it is taking me to the page saying I need to fix my cookies. It says I need to set my security to medium which it is already set at so I'm not sure what hte problem is and I don't want my customers to have to troubleshoot that just to be able to place an order. anyone have this error and know how to fix it? I looked at some of the contributions but it wasn't clear if any of those would fix the problem I was having.

Thanks!

Ashley
