Stupid Tables

For some reason when I centered all my pages the header is offset about 6 pixles.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Also on the index.php page I can't get rid of the TEXT_GREETING_GUEST.

in head you have 2    at the right big logo

 

and you have 2

 

<td> logo </td> (ok)

<td> </td> (remove it with the 2 space

now how do you get rid of that space?

u can see in the header, u have a big picture right? and that pic is in the first <td>

 

then right at the right of that pic, u have a empty <td> plus 2   

 

those 2 are space space :)just delete in the header.php. but i can see the header looks ok now.
